If a price here is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than leave it up. This is the fastest way to reach the people who maintain the data.
Reporting a wrong price
Messages reach the same team that maintains this site, through EasyTravelData's contact form:
The form lives on easytraveldata.com because that is the company that operates this site — the same disclosure you see in the footer. There is no separate inbox pretending to be an independent editorial desk.
What to include
A report is much easier to act on with these four things:
- Which country page — or the URL you were looking at.
- Which provider and which row.
- What the provider's own page says now — a link or a screenshot.
- Roughly when you looked, and from which country if you know. Some providers show different prices and currencies depending on where you are, which is a common source of apparent errors.
What happens next
We check the provider's page ourselves. If the figure here is wrong or we cannot confirm it, we correct it or remove it — we do not leave a disputed number on the page while we investigate. A missing row is better than a confident wrong one.
We cannot promise a response time, and we would rather say that than publish a target we might miss. Corrections to live prices are handled ahead of everything else.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, installation, refunds or support for a plan you bought. Those go to whoever sold it to you. If that was EasyTravelData, use the same form above. If it was Saily, Airalo or Holafly, contact them directly — we are not party to that purchase.
- Advertising, sponsorship or paid placement. This site does not sell any, so there is nothing to discuss.
